Personal information is not released to third parties other than for the purposes of completing your booking with your explicit consent.
In accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at Bookings4-u.co.uk to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorised access.
Credit Card information
Your credit card will not be charged until your booking has been confirmed. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking.
Your credit card information is accessible by your chosen accommodation through a secure server only when they accept your reservation request. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by 'Chosen Provider'.
Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. We will reimburse the first EUR 50 should your credit card be misused or abused. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
Your credit card details will be kept at Bookings4-u.co.uk until your arrival date at the hotel. After this date, the details will be destroyed.
When does Bookings4-u.co.uk send you emails?
After you have made a reservation request, one of the following processes will be completed.
(a) You will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking requirements. Once your chosen accommodation / activity provider has double checked their availability and accepted your booking you will receive another email You may take this confirmation to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation.
(b) You will receive a confirmation message that acknowledges the date of chosen accommodation / activity and the payment details sent.
If on double checking their occupancy the accommodation no longer has the room chosen available they may allocate a suitable alternative. If they have no available they will not accept your reservation request and you will receive an email informing you of this.
All confirmation/no availability emails are sent out within 24 hrs of the initial request being received. If you have not received a reply within 24 hrs you might first like to check your junk mail and then telephone the accommodation directly.
In the reservation process you can request our newsletter, which contains special offers and more information about the accommodation you have chosen. You can choose to stop receiving the newsletter at any time.
